Drop: Todd Snyder x Timex Go 'Mid Century' For Their Latest Collab
Men’s fashion designer and collaborator extraordinaire Todd Snyder is back with his latest Todd Snyder x Timex mix up. The “Mid Century” builds on the American heritage aesthetic of Todd Snyder has built, with a decidedly modern twist. The stainless steel case measures 37mm in diameter with a 19mm lug width (weird lugs bro). He used New York Men’s Fashion Week to debut the watch, and it’s got the look of an instant classic.
I’ve highlighted Todd Snyder’s watches as great entry level pieces before, and the Mid Century is no different. It’s a quartz watch, but with a classic look that will satisfy both watch novices and enthusiasts. It comes in two colorways: a black dial with matching black leather strap and a silver dial with a brown strap. The straps come from S.B. Foot Tanning Co. in Red Wing, Minnesota, staying true to Snyder’s Made in America motif. The domed acrylic crystal tops off the vintage look.
Snyder has been promoting the collaboration on his Instagram, so check out his page for more photos of the watch in action.
